Printble Bass lesson book?

I want to go back to learning bass guitar, because I left after a few lessons last year. Is there anywhere online that I can find a lesson book to print off and use for free?
Any webstes that give that sort of things to users would be apprecated too!

well its not a book but u can just learn songs and that helps u understand some of what u need and its how i learned bass
there are two websites

they have some little lessons on them as well as ultimate guitar has a community message board where u can get help
