LEARN GUITAR BASICS STRINGS
I’m trieng to learn the guitar HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
My Dad says that i can be the next Jimi Hendrix i have a six string acoutic guitar can somebody please tell me the basics I realy want to learn and nothing else is working any sugestions or teachings?
You have to start out learning just basic chords. Don’t try to sound like a pro right off or your going to get super frustrated and quit. Get your dad to go to the music store and get you a Beginners Basic Guide book. Take it slow and learn one thing at a time. When you learn one chord well enough to play it well; (and I mean without looking and no flat sounds), move on to another. When you learn 2 or 3 chords you can start mixing them together and even play simple songs. Most important, practice EVERY day. Your fingers are going to get really sore but go ahead and pick up your guitar and play a little anyway, you will eventually form calluses on your fingertips. Playing an instrument takes dedication. If you really want to play, you’ll pick it up. Good luck!
