Does anyone know any info on my guitar and/or it’s company?
I have a guitar and it’s an EROS CLASSIC MODEL No. 9580. It’s made in Japan. (according to the piece of paper inside of it.)
I got it at the flea market in 2005 for $60 CND.
I’ve heard that in 1972 or something the company went out of business from a post by a user on a website ( http://reviews.harmony-central.com/reviews/Guitar/product/Eros/Jumbo/10/1 ). Does anyone know anything about my guitar or the company?
Looks to have been made in the early 70’s through early 80’s in japan and maybe imported into the UK. It was an entry level guitar. Hopefully it still has some low action and the no cracks and you would get your moneys worth, as far as being collectible, I doubt it was made with solid wood so it probably does not have much value aside from the joy of the sound it can make…
