GUITAR STRAP LEATHER BLACK
decorating an adjustable guitar strap with fabric?
I have a plain black guitar strap (with the fabric like the straps of a backpack, not a leather one)
and I was wondering if I could sew a fabric over it to make it look cool, and have it still be adjustable.
it’s for a gift btw.
It’d be really great if someone could tell me how (step by step), show me a video, or even tell me if its possible or not and i’ll just try myself.

Make a pattern by tracing the outline of the strap. Double the width and add 1.5″ for a seam.
Add 1″ to each end.
Lay the strap face down on the wrong side of the fabric and bring the fabric to the back of the strap and hand stitch or use a fabric glue… you want the fabric to be as tight at possible.
