GUITAR KAPOK
I have a Kapok guitar(steel strings). The neck meets the body at the 12th fret. Is it acoustic or classical?

It’s black and has steel strings and the neck meets the body at the 12th frets; it has a total of 18 frets. I’m really confused: is it acoustic or classical?

An acoustic guitar is one that doesn’t need or use amplification. A classical guitar is one type of acoustic. Classical guitars usually have nylon strings (unless somebody has replaced them with steel) If the neck meets the body at the 12th fret, you probably have a small body steel string acoustic. Most larger acoustics (like dreadnoughts) meet at the 14th fret.
