What does Co-op Encore mean?

I was looking at guitar hero 3 song list and it’s there is a Co-op Encore, what does that mean.

Co-op usually means jointly owed. Encore means Done Again. This could be the name of the people who produced the song list or anything else. Breaking down the words as each means and what, you will have to judge for yourself as I can’t look at it..
