No, not without an additional headphone amplifier.
The output of your average guitar is around 20mv(millivolts) through to around 40mv if you are plucking or otherwise playing hard.
You need at least several hundred millivolts to be able to hear the sound in the headphones. Google for “Headphone amplifier” or “Headphone preamp”
