BASS GUITAR PICKUPS FENDER
Tone pots in guitars and basses?
So i am getting ready to equip my 86 fender pbass with some vintage pickups (72’s and out of a 72 pbass ) and i was told by the people that are going to install them for me (professionally done) that i should replace my plastic pots as well.so my question is are the pots from a guitar (tone, volume pickup selector) the same as for a bass? ive been looking around online and cant find the answer. any ideas?
