When playing the acoustic guitar, are the notes the same as playing the electric guitar?

Me, My brother and my cousin are starting a band. I’m going to play the guitar my brother the bass and my cousin the drums. I was to supposed to know how to play the guitar but i never learned. now i wanna learn but if there’s a difference between the acoustic and electric guitar notes i would like to know because we may play country or alternative songs. If anyone can answer these following questions along with the first one i would be glad:
What kind of guitar should i get (im a beginner and i want this guitar for a long time so a durable one would be best)?
Where can my band start to perform so we can get some publicity?
Where can i get free guitar lessons (online would be best)?
What can i do if i cant come up with some lyrics for a song?

one- the notes on a acoustic are exactly the same as an electric. There are usually less frets on an acoustic, that’s all.
two-if you want an electric, get a Fender Squire starter guitar. For an acoustic, just buy a cheap one at any music store, brand does not really matter.
three- play at any coffee houses, or battle of the bands gigs, just try and look for open events
four- for guitar lessons, go to Guitar World, or myguitarsolo.com
five- if you cant come up with good lyrics, just try and work at it. In time it will come to you, because after enough practice you’ll get something good
