BASS GUITAR FRETS NECK
Why does my bass guitar make a weird sound?
When I play the first 3 frets of the 1st and 2nd string they sound. Sometimes it does it and sometimes it doesn’t. It’s a $200 Ibanez, I have it almost for half a year. My guitar had that problem but some dude fixed adjusting the bridge and the neck.
most of the time
a buzz on the 3rd fret means your neck has developed a “back bow”
Common this time of year, with all the low humidity
(necks are made of wood, which is really affected by temp and humidity)
it might be that the bridge is too low ..?
take it in to a guitar tech
should be a simple adjustment
