My goal is to be comfortable with playing any style there is out there. What good books are there which teach bassists:
Latin
Blues
Funk
and if you can give suggestions for ear training so much the better.

this isn’t quite what you’re looking for – it deals mainly with jazz, and mainly from an upright bass perspective, so there’s a lot of technical stuff that won’t concern you.
but it’s beautifully put together, inspiring to work with, has some wonderful ideas about how to approach practising and developing your sound, and you won’t regret getting hold of a copy
if you ever switch to upright bass it’s indispensable.
and from my own experience, if you can learn to play jazz well, then every other musical style will be that much easier to grasp
