Hey,
I don’t know what exactly you need help with but ill just tell you what i see.
The Black Dots stand for the notes in the chord
The Chart is obviously the fret board
The numbers are the fingers the notes should be played with
The X’s tell you to mute the string indicated
the O means the sting is played “open”
And the name is the “chord”

Dont think thats really what you wanted but thats just what i see
